We love using multiple layers in Iron-On projects. It takes every project up a notch and adds some flair. I wanted to make a fun hoodie that I could wear this year for Christmas and I knew I wanted to use several different colors of HTV. I even used black glitter Iron-On to add some fun holiday flair.

  • Die Cutting Machine
  • Red, Green, and Black Glitter Iron-On
  • Weeding Tools
  • Measuring Tape
  • Gray Hoodie
  • EasyPress or Heat Press or Iron
  • EasyPress Mat or Towel

How to Make This Project

  1. Measure your hoodie and size your file in your machines software to fit well onto it.
  2. Make sure you change the color of one of your layers in your layers panel if they're not already changed.
  3. Load your first mat, set your material, and let your machine cut. This is a good time to preheat your EasyPress.
  4. Cut your second and third mat. Once cut weed your images. Place your hoodie onto your EasyPress Mat and position your largest layer of Iron-On where you'd like it to go.
  5. Heat to adhere while applying firm pressure. Once cooled, peel off your transfer sheet.
  6. Place your second layer, replace the transfer sheet, and repeat the adhering process for your second and third layer.
