Details

Sometimes you just need to make a Christmas project. This is a great project for adults and kids alike to make. We created a super fun way to make clear Christmas ornaments so much easier. By pouring paint inside the ornament instead of painting the outside of the ornament. We hope you enjoy.

Materials

  • Cricut Maker or Other Die Cutting Machine
  • Weeding Tools
  • Measuring Tape
  • Clear Plastic Ornaments
  • Black Paint
  • White Vinyl

How to Make Easy Vinyl Christmas Ornaments

  1. Measure your ornament and size your file in Design Space or the software of your machine to fit well onto your ornament.
  2. Load your mat, set your material, and let your machine cut.
  3. Once cut, weed your image and add transfer tape.
  4. Squirt a good amount of black paint into your ornament and use a paper towel to hold the opening at the top and shake the ornament all around until the whole thing is coated.
  5. After your ornament has been painted, place the top back on then align and apply your vinyl.
  6. Burnish well then slowly peel your transfer tape straight down!
  7. N0w hot glue a bow onto it, and add some twine to string it on the tree.
