If you love animals, you'll also love this sweater with dog paw elbow patches! This is an adorable way to bring personality to an otherwise boring sweater. The sweater was not very expensive and we paired it with some matching patterned Iron-On and used a dingbat for the paw. Check out the full tutorial!

  • Die Cutting Machine
  • Patterned Iron-On
  • Weeding Tools
  • Measuring Tape
  • Sweater
  • EasyPress or Heat Press or Iron
  • EasyPress Mat or Towel

How to Make This Project

  1. Measure your sweater and size your file in the software of your machine to fit well onto the elbows.
  2. Load your mat, set your material, and let your machine cut. This is a good time to preheat your EasyPress.
  3. Position your Iron-On where you'd like it to go. Be sure you place them on the correct side of the sleeve.
  4. Heat to adhere while applying firm pressure. Once cooled, peel off your transfer sheet.
  5. Repeat the process on your other sleeve. Be sure to measure your first sleeve and place the decal in the correct spot!
